Gear for a new beginner!!

Honestly, I'm new here. And I would like to get some gear, but I keep getting hit wirh the Bitcoin thing and I know nothing about that or some secret coded account. How can I get quality gear without Bitcoin conversion or some obscure 007 account?? Why is it so hard to locate and purchase quality gear?
 
Make a BTC-Wallet @ Blockchain.com. It is as diffucult as creating an email account.
You can buy BTC there with Banktransfer. After you purchased your BTCs you can send them to the Adress you recieved by your seller (darkweb, clearnet, etc). You just click on " Send Bitcoins " copy paste the adress and you are done.
There is no witchcraft involved easy as fuck.
